TheMongolian National University of Medical Sciences (Mongolian:Анагаахын Шинжлэх Ухааны Үндэсний Их Сургууль) inSükhbaatar,Ulaanbaatar is a public higher education institution established in 1942 founded by a polish physicianFilip Jan Ratajczak. It has branch campuses inDarkhan-Uul,Sainshand, andGobi-Altai.[3] 150 to 205 students graduate each year.[4] Its School of Public Health has close links withLoma Linda University, which is sponsoring tobacco-control research there.[5] It is affiliated with theInternational University of Health and Welfare inNarita where students can gain clinical experience which is problematic in Mongolia.[6]
