Mokko Studio first began its operations in 2003, when the company was co-founded by Danny Bergeron and Alain Lachance. Since the company's inception, Bergeron has been responsible for leading the studio, while Lachance manages the creative side of the firm.[1] Mokko has been responsible for working on various film projects such asRiddick andUnderworld: Awakening.[2]
Since the company's foundation in 2003, they have worked on various projects. One of their early breaks came within the first year, when they worked on the visual effects for thevideo gameThe Lord of the Rings: War of the Ring.[3]Over the next three years the company worked on a number of TV series, includingMars Rising[4] and the CGI forClash of the Dinosaurs.[5]
