Rural District in Fars, Iran
Mohammadabad Rural District (Persian :دهستان محمدآباد )[ 3] is in theCentral District ofMarvdasht County ,Fars province, Iran .[ 4] Its capital is the village ofMohammadabad .[ 5]
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 8,758 in 2,150 households.[ 6] There were 8,663 inhabitants in 2,455 households at the following census of 2011.[ 7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 9,515 in 2,891 households. The most populous of its 68 villages wasRejaabad , with 1,526 people.[ 2]
