Selection of participants

Starting with this contest, contestants who have previously competed in the pageant are now eligible to compete again after a two-year period, as long as their respective national organization accepts their candidacy. Additionally, divorced candidates are now allowed to participate.[citation needed]

Debuts, and returns

This edition will mark the debut of Turks and Caicos Islands and the returns of Gibraltar and Mauritius, Mauritius, which last competed in2023 and Gibraltar in2024

Replacements

Nan Inzali of Myanmar withdrew from the competition.[1]
