Misérable cake

Amisérable cake is a type of almondsponge cake that is a traditionalBelgian recipe. The cake is filled withpudding made by whisking hotsugar syrup into anegg white foam, known as apâte à bombe. The cake base is made from almonds, known as a biscuit joconde.[1][2]
