Milton E. Potter is an American politician. He serves as aDemocratic member for the St. Thomas-St. John district of theVirgin Islands Legislature.[1][2] Before serving as a Senator, Potter served as the Director of Personnel during the administration of GovernorKenneth Mapp.[3]
