Microcoelus (meaning "small hollow") is adubiousgenus of smalltitanosauriansauropod dinosaur from theLate Cretaceous (Santonian stage)Bajo de la Carpa Formation,Argentina.[1][2] It is known from only a singledorsal vertebra, although a lefthumerus was formerly referred to this taxon, but it is now considered to belong toNeuquensaurus.[1] Thetype (and only known) species isM. patagonicus, described by British paleontologistRichard Lydekker in 1893.[3]
