Melendugno (Salentino:Melendugnu orMalandugnu) is a town andcomune in theprovince of Lecce in theApulia region of south-eastItaly.
It is known for itsmarine, which are bathing beaches on theAdriatic Sea:Roca Vecchia,San Foca,Torre dell'Orso andTorre Sant'Andrea, which were awarded theBlue Flag beach prize for the water quality. Melendugno also includes thefrazione ofBorgagne.
