Gupta has appeared in television serials such asKkavyanjali,Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan,Mamta,C.I.D.,MTV Big F, andMain Teri Parchhain Hoon.[citation needed] She enteredNach Baliye 4 withNaman Shaw and was a runner-up.[1] Gupta has also appeared inYeh Hai Aashiqui andPyaar Tune Kya Kiya in August 2014.[citation needed]

Gupta was married to Aditya Shroff, owner ofFame Cinemas.[3] In August 2016, she marriedEk Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani actorSiddhant Karnick.[4]
