Matsudaira Yorishige (松平 頼重, August 7, 1622 – May 24, 1695) was a Japanesedaimyō of the earlyEdo period, who ruled theTakamatsu Domain. Yorishige was the first son ofTokugawa Yorifusa, andTokugawa Mitsukuni was the third son ofTokugawa Yorifusa, the first Tokugawadaimyō ofMito Domain; this made him the grandson ofTokugawa Ieyasu.

One of his daughters marriedTakatsukasa Kanehiro.
