Anna Khozina (Russian :Анна Хозина ; born 18 June 1998) is a Russian-American professional wrestler, better known by herring name Masha Slamovich . She is signed toTotal Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), where she is a formerTNA Knockouts World Champion , as well as a former three-timeTNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champion , while also making appearances for partner promotionWWE on itsNXT brand . She also makes appearances on theindependent circuit and performs for Dreamwave Wrestling andGame Changer Wrestling (GCW).
Anna Khozina was born inMoscow , Russia, and has dual U.S. and Russian citizenship. She began training in professional wrestling at age 16, underJohnny Rodz .[ 3] In 2021, Khozina earned a degree incriminal justice .[ 3]
Professional wrestling career [ edit ] Independent circuit (2016–present)[ edit ] In 2016, Khozina made her in-ring debut inJapan , wrestling on an independentwomen's professional wrestling show named Reina under the ring name Skinripper.[ 4] She also appeared in other promotions such asPro Wrestling Wave andWorld Woman Pro-Wrestling Diana , now under the ring name Masha Slamovich.[ 4] In February 2020, she returned to Japan and trained in theMarvelous Dojo underChigusa Nagayo .[ 5] Due to theCOVID-19 pandemic , Slamovich stayed in Japan and toured with Marvelous throughout the year.[ 4] In 2019, Slamovich debuted for the RussianIndependent Wrestling Federation (IWF), later returning to the promotion in 2022.[ 6] She lost toIvan Markov in an intergender match at IWF Strike 119, which aired on 10 February 2022.[ 7]
On 3 December 2021, Slamovich made her debut for Expect The Unexpected Wrestling (ETU), being defeated byBillie Starkz . On 9 September 2022, she competed in a one night, ten wrestler tournament to crown the first ever ETU Keys To The East Champion. The tournament also includedMike Bailey ,Akira , Alec Price, Gabriel Skye, Brandon Kirk, Scoot Andrews, Danny Demanto, Marcus Mathers, andMatt Tremont . Masha defeated Brandon Kirk in the first round, followed by a victory over Mike Bailey in the semi-finals. Slamovich defeated Marcus Mathers in the tournament final to be crowned the inaugural champion.[ 8]
On 2 January 2023 atGame Changer Wrestling (GCW)'s 56 Nights, Slamovich defeatedCole Radrick , later that night she won a "Do or Die"battle royal match to become the No. 1 contender for theGCW World Championship .[ 9] On 17 March, Slamovich defeatedNick Gage at Eye for an Eye to win the title, becoming the first woman in the company's history to do so.[ 10] On 4 June, Slamovich defended the GCW World Championship againstRina Yamashita at Cage of Survival 2, but then lost it toBlake Christian when he cashed in his Brass Ring for a title shot any time he wanted, turning the match into a triple threat.[ 11]
On 10 February 2024, Slamovich won the16th annual Jersey J-Cup tournament where she defeatedJCW World Champion Jordan Oliver in the finals, winning the title in the process.[ 12] On 4 January 2025, atTokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling 'sTokyo Joshi Pro '25 event, Slamovich teamed up with Zara Zakher and fought 121000000 (Maki Itoh andMiyu Yamashita ) for theirPrincess Tag Team Championship in a losing effort.[ 13]
Masha also holds the Womens title for Immortal Championship Wrestling, an Indi promotion based in New York State. She obtained the title on 12 May 2025 against Courageous Christina Marie. She successfully defended her ICW women's championship on 31 May 2025.[citation needed ]
Westside Xtreme Wrestling (2022–2025)[ edit ] Slamovich competed inWestside Xtreme Wrestling 'swXw Femmes Fatales tournament, making her first appearance at the 2022 edition in which she defeated Ava Everett in the first rounds, Anastasia Bardot in the semifinals and fell short toAliss Ink in the finals.[ 14] On 11 November 2023 at Broken Rules XXI, she won the wXw women's title, defeatingAva Everett , in alast woman standing match .[ 15] [ 16] On 23 December atwXw 23rd Anniversary , she facedRobert Dreissker in awinner-takes-all match also disputed for thewXw Unified World Wrestling Championship . Dreissker won the bout and unified both championships, subsequently retiring the wXw Women's Championship.[ 17]
Impact Wrestling / Total Nonstop Action Wrestling[ edit ] Championship pursuits (2019–2023)[ edit ] Slamovich made her first appearance forImpact Wrestling during the 14 June 2019 episode ofImpact! where she lost toHavok .[ 18] She also appeared on the 29 June episode ofXplosion where she was defeated byJordynne Grace .[ 19] Slamovich made her return to Impact Wrestling on 17 September 2021, during theKnockouts Knockdown event, where she unsuccessfully challengedDeonna Purrazzo , who was theAAA Reina de Reinas Champion andImpact Knockouts World Champion at the time, in a non-title match.[ 20] After impressing Impact Wrestling officials,Hall of Famer Gail Kim came out after the match in an unaired segment and offered Slamovich a contract with the promotion.[ 21] [ 22]
Throughout the first half of 2022, Slamovich went on an undefeated streak as she defeated variousjobbers as well as contractedKnockouts such asAlisha and Havok.[ 23] [ 24] On the 1 September episode ofImpact! , in the main event match, Slamovich defeatedDeonna Purrazzo to become the No. 1 contender for the Impact Knockouts World Championship, which was held byJordynne Grace .[ 25] Slamovich challenged Grace for the title on 7 October atBound for Glory , but was unsuccessful, thus ending her winning streak.[ 26]
On 13 January 2023, atHard To Kill , Slamovich defeated Deonna Purrazzo,Killer Kelly , andTaylor Wilde in afour-way match to become the #1 contender for the Impact Knockouts World Championship.[ 27] [ 28] On 24 February atNo Surrender , Slamovich challengedMickie James for the Knockouts World Championship, but was unsuccessful.[ 29] AtRebellion , Slamovich fought for TeamBully and lost a10-wrestler Hardcore War against TeamDreamer .[ 30]
MK Ultra (2023–2024)[ edit ] On the 11 May episode ofImpact! , Slamovich pinned Killer Kelly in a match while trapped in the latter'sKiller Clutch submission, though Kelly refused to release the hold afterwards.[ 31] Some weeks later on 25 May and intoUnder Siege , the two were found to be brawling throughout the crowd, with a chain being used as a weapon by both women.[ 32] [ 33] [ 34] On 9 June, atAgainst All Odds , Slamovich defeated Kelly in adog collar match .[ 35] Slamovich turned face and joined forces with Kelly on the 22 June episode ofImpact! .[ 36]
On 15 July, atSlammiversary , Slamovich and Kelly became known as MK Ultra, and defeated The Coven (KiLynn King and Taylor Wilde) for theImpact Knockouts World Tag Team Championship .[ 37] MK Ultra made the first title defense againstThe Death Dollz (Courtney Rush andJessicka ),Jody Threat and KiLynn King, and SHAWntourage (Gisele Shaw andSavannah Evans ) in a four-way match atEmergence . AtAgainst All Odds , MK Ultra successfully defended the titles against SHAWntourage in their second title defense. They would hold the titles for a few months, retaining against teams like Death Dollz on the 21 September episode ofBefore the Impact , andDeonna Purrazzo andTasha Steelz on the 23 October episode ofMain Event Mondays . On 13 January 2024, atHard To Kill , when they lost the titles to Havok andRosemary ,[ 38] only to regained them a month later.[ 39] On 8 March atSacrifice , Slamovich and Kelly were defeated by Spitfire(Dani Luna andJody Threat ), ending their reign at 14 days. Slamovich turned on Kelly and attacked her to end MK Ultra.[ 40]
The System and Knockouts World Champion (2024–present)[ edit ] In April 2024,The System tried to convince Slamovich to team up withAlisha Edwards to challenge for the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship. On theCountdown to Rebellion pre-show, after Spitfire retained the titles against Decay (Havok and Rosemary), Slamovich and Edwards confronted Spitfire from the entrance ramp.[ 41] On 3 May atUnder Siege , Slamovich and Edwards defeated Spitfire to win the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship, this marked her third reign with the title.[ 42] AtVictory Road , Slamovich defended the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship, alongsideTasha Steelz (who took the place of Alisha Edwards due to her not being medically able to compete) against Spitfire in a losing effort. After the match, Alisha and Steelz turned on Slamovich and attacked her, thus kicking Slamovich out of The System and turning Slamovich face in the process.[ 43]
On 26 October atBound for Glory , Slamovich defeatedJordynne Grace to win the TNA Knockouts World Championship for the first time.[ 44] On 29 November atTurning Point , Slamovich made her first successful title defense against Grace in atwo out of three falls match .[ 45] On 13 December atFinal Resolution , Slamovich defeatedTasha Steelz in aFalls Count Anywhere match to retain the TNA Knockouts World Championship.[ 46] AtGenesis on 19 January 2025, Slamovich defeated Rosemary in aClockwork Orange House of Fun match to retain the TNA Knockouts World Championship.[ 47] AtSacrifice , Slamovich defeatedNXT 'sCora Jade to retain the TNA Knockouts World Championship.[ 48] AtRebellion , she retained her title againstTessa Blanchard .[ 49] Slamovich successfully defended the TNA Knockouts World Championship againstVictoria Crawford on 23 May atUnder Siege andLéi Yǐng Lee on 6 June atAgainst All Odds .[ 50] [ 51]
On 20 July atSlammiversary , Slamovich dropped the Knockouts World Championship toNXT 'sJacy Jayne in aWinner Takes All match in which Jayne'sNXT Women's Championship was also on the line, ending her reign at 267 days.[ 52]
On 23 September 2025,Sports Illustrated reported that TNA had opened an internal investigation of allegations ofdomestic violence by Slamovich against her former partner, independent wrestlerAkira , after Akira's friend posted alleged texts and photos that showcased Slamovich verbally, physically, and emotionally abusing Akira.[ 53] As a result, TNA, West Coast Pro Wrestling, Prestige Wrestling, Metroplex Wrestling and Top Talent Wrestling pulled her from their upcoming shows.[ 54] Slamovich issued a statement where she apologized for her actions.[ 55]
