Marvin Allen Upshaw (November 22, 1946 – June 4, 2024) was an American professionalfootball player who was adefensive lineman in theNational Football League (NFL). He playedcollege football for theTrinity Tigers. Upshaw played nine seasons in the NFL for theCleveland Browns (1968–1969), theKansas City Chiefs (1970–1975) and theSt. Louis Cardinals (1976). His older brotherGene also played in the NFL.[1]
Upshaw died inModesto, California, on June 4, 2024, at the age of 77.[2]
