Martin Page-Relo (born 6 January 1999) is a French-born Italianrugby union player, who plays forBordeaux.[1][2]

Club career

Martin Page-Relo started playing rugby as a 5 year old in his hometownL'Isle-Jourdain,Gers, before moving toStade Toulousain in 2012.[3]

Page-Relo made his professional debut on loan fromStade Toulousain, withUS Carcassonne on 13 September 2020.[4]

In 2023, he aigned withLyon[5] for two season, before moving toBordeaux at the start of the 2025-2026 season.[2]

International career

Martin Page-Relo was first called to theItaly senior team in March 2023 for the2023 Six Nations Championship, being eligible for the selection per his maternal grandparents' Italian citizenship.[6][7]On 5 July 2023, he was selected byKieran Crowley to be part of anItaly squad for the2023 Rugby World Cup warm-up matches. He made his debut againstScotland in the first match of 29 July 2023.[8]

On 22 August 2023, he was named in the Italy's 33-man squad for the2023 Rugby World Cup.[9]
