Marston is a township municipality inLe Granit Regional County Municipality in theEstrie region in Quebec, Canada. A township municipality is all or part of the territory of a township (townships were originally only a land surveying feature) set up as a municipality.
It is named afterLong Marston, North Yorkshire in England.[4]
In the2021 Census of Population conducted byStatistics Canada, Marston had a population of777 living in341 of its419 total private dwellings, a change of10.2% from its 2016 population of705. With a land area of 71.83 km2 (27.73 sq mi), it had a population density of10.8/km2 (28.0/sq mi) in 2021.[5]
