Mark Tedin is an artist whose work has appeared incollectible card games androle-playing games.
Mark Tedin was born inSitka, Alaska.[1] After high school, he attended college atGonzaga University inSpokane, Washington, and then received his master's degree in fine arts atWashington University in St. Louis.[1] He graduated in 1992.[citation needed]
Tedin did freelance work forWizards of the Coast and worked as a staff artist at Wizards of the Coast from 1997 to 2000.[1] He is best known for his work onMagic: The Gathering andDungeons & Dragons.
Tedin is one of the original twenty-fiveMagic: The Gathering artists. Outside of Magic he has worked onVampire,Legend of the Five Rings,Legend of the Burning Sands,Battletech,Netrunner, andDoomtown.[2]
Since his time at Wizards, Tedin has also worked part-time at theNorthwest College of Art & Design near Seattle, where he has taught illustration, visual composition, and figure drawing.[1]
