Polish writer

Marcin Baran (born 1963 inKraków) is a Polishpoet andjournalist. He has a degree inPolonistics from theJagiellonian University. He is one of the Polish poets who published their verses in the magazinebruLion (sometimes spelledbrulion).

One of the main themes of his poetry iswoman, for him thesymbol of deathlessness. His poems have been translated intoGerman,Slovak andCzech.
