Marc Spindelman is an American legal scholar.

Spindelman graduated fromJohns Hopkins University and theUniversity of Michigan Law School. He holds the Isadore and Ida Topper Professorship of Law at theOhio State University Moritz College of Law.^[1][2]

Spindelman is an elected member of theAmerican Law Institute.^[3]
