Manon Caroline Fiorot[4] (born February 17, 1990) is a Frenchmixed martial artist, currently competing in the women'sFlyweight division of theUltimate Fighting Championship (UFC). As of October 21, 2025, she is #1 in theUFC women's flyweight rankings and as of November 18, 2025, she is #6 in theUFC women's pound-for-pound rankings.[5]
Manon Fiorot was born on(1990-02-17)February 17, 1990 inNice, France. Her athletic career began at the age of 7 when she started to practiceKarate. Later, she took up residence at asnowboarding school, and won the French Snowboarding Championship.[6]
At age 18, Fiorot returned to karate and earned her black belt before joining the French national team. In 2014, she was selected for theKarate World Championships, but was seriously injured shortly thereafter. After recovering, she discoveredkickboxing andMuay Thai in which she won several national competitions.[7] In amateur Muay Thai, her record is 12 victories and 0 defeats, and she holds two national champion titles. Fiorot also won three national championship titles in K-1.[8]
In 2017, she participated in theIMMAF European Open Championships where she lost in the bantamweight final to the wrestling of Cornelia Holm. A few months later, she won theIMMAF World Championships.[7]
On June 16, 2018, she fought professionally for the first time againstLeah McCourt in theCage Warriors promotion atCage Warriors 94 and lost by split decision.[9]
In 2019, she traveled toJohannesburg, South Africa to join a reality show calledThe Fighter organized by theExtreme Fighting Championship (EFC). After 2 months of competition, she won the reality show's contest and joined the EFC. In December 2019, she won against Amanda Lino, becoming theEFC Women's Flyweight World Champion.[10][11][12][13]
After earning her title, she joined UAE Warriors, a professional promotion located inAbu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. At UAE Warriors 12, she defeated Corinne Laframboise via TKO in round three. Fiorot defeated Naomi Tataroglu via TKO in the second round at UAE Warriors 13. At UAE 14, she defeated Gabriela Campos via TKO in the first round, capturing theUAEW Flyweight Championship.[11][14]
Fiorot made her UFC debut on January 20, 2021 atUFC on ESPN: Chiesa vs. Magny againstVictoria Leonardo. She won the fight via second-round technical knockout.[15]
Fiorot was scheduled to faceMaryna Moroz on June 5, 2021 atUFC Fight Night: Rozenstruik vs. Sakai.[16] However, Moroz was pulled from the event for undisclosed reasons, and she was replaced byTabatha Ricci.[17] Fiorot won the bout via standing TKO in the second round.[18]
Fiorot was scheduled to faceMayra Bueno Silva on September 25, 2021 atUFC 266.[19] However, the bout was postponed toUFC Fight Night: Ladd vs. Dumont due to COVID-19 protocols.[20] Fiorot won the fight via unanimous decision.[21]
As the first bout of her new multi-fight contract, Fiorot was scheduled to faceJessica Eye on March 5, 2022 atUFC 272.[22][23] However, a week before the event, Eye withdrew due to injury and the bout was cancelled.[24]
Fiorot facedJennifer Maia vs on March 26, 2022 atUFC on ESPN 33.[25] She won the fight by unanimous decision.[26]
Fiorot was scheduled to faceKatlyn Chookagian on September 3, 2022, atUFC Fight Night 209.[27] However, Chookagian withdrew for unknown reasons in mid June and was replaced by formerUFC Women's Strawweight ChampionJéssica Andrade.[28] In turn, Andrade withdrew in mid July due to undisclosed reasons and was replaced by Fiorot's original opponent Chookagian.[29][30] After Fiorot injured her knee, the bout was eventually shifted to take place atUFC 280 on October 22, 2022.[31][32] At the weigh-ins, Chookagian weighed in at 127.5 pounds, 1.5 pounds over the flyweight non-title fight limit. Chookagian was fined 20% of her purse, which went to her opponent Fiorot.[33] She won the fight by unanimous decision.[34]
Fiorot faced formerUFC Women's Strawweight championRose Namajunas on September 2, 2023 atUFC Fight Night 226 inParis. The bout was Fiorot's first fight in her homeland and Namajunas' flyweight debut as a professional.[35] She won the fight via unanimous decision.[36]
Fiorot facedErin Blanchfield on March 30, 2024, atUFC on ESPN 54.[37] The fight was moved to the main event after Vicente Luque vs Sean Brady didn't materialize.[38] She won the fight via unanimous decision.[39]
Fiorot was the backup fighter for theUFC Women's Flyweight Championship trilogy bout between then-championAlexa Grasso andValentina Shevchenko on September 14, 2024 atUFC 306.[40]
Fiorot competed for theUFC Women's Flyweight Championship againstValentina Shevchenko on May 10, 2025 atUFC 315.[41] She lost the fight by unanimous decision.[42]
Fiorot facedJasmine Jasudavicius on October 18, 2025, atUFC Fight Night 262.[43] She won the fight by technical knockout in the first round.[44]
