Magda Kósáné Kovács (4 November 1940 – 27 July 2020) was aHungarian politician who was aMember of the European Parliament (MEP) for theHungarian Socialist Party, part of theParty of European Socialists.
She left the Socialist Party and joinedDemocratic Coalition founded and led byFerenc Gyurcsány in 2011 and became head of the new party's ethical committee.
She was married to Dr Levente Kósa. She is survived by two daughters, Judit and Eszter.[1]
