Madhukar Vasudev Dhond (M. V. Dhond) (3 October 1914 – 5 December 2007) was a literary and art critic fromMaharashtra,India.

He wrote inMarathi onDnyaneshwar,Namdev,Tukaram,Ramdas,Vitthal,Raghunath Dhondo Karve,Ram Ganesh Gadkari,Bal Sitaram Mardhekar,Dattatraya Ganesh Godse,Anandi Gopal Joshi,Ranjit Desai's novelSwami,Vijay Tendulkar's playSakharam Binder, and many other topics.

Dhond received in 1997 aSahitya Akademi Award for his bookJnaneshwaritil Laukik Srushti.^[1]
