TheMaccabiah Stadium (Hebrew:אצטדיון המכביהItztadion HaMakabiya) was a football stadium on theYarkon River inTel Aviv,Israel.
Maccabiah Stadium was built in 1932 for the firstMaccabiah Games and was filled to capacity for the opening ceremony.[1] It was used byMaccabi Tel Aviv until 1969, when the team moved to theBloomfield Stadium.
