Lunda orLounda is an ancient city inPhrygia,Asia Minor (modern Turkey). Under the Roman Empire, it was in theprovince ofPhrygia Prima (Pacatiana), in the civilDiocese of Pontus. The Anatolian site is now known as Isabey.[dubious –discuss]
Lunda was asuffragan bishopric of the Metropolitan Archbishopric ofLaodicea (on the Lycus), under thePatriarchate of Constantinople.

The diocese was nominally restored in 1926 as the Roman Catholictitular bishopric of Lunda.
