Lumpia goreng is a simpleIndonesianfriedspring roll filled withvegetables. The spring roll wrappers are filled with chopped, matchstick-sizedcarrots, shreddedcabbage, and sometimesmushrooms.

Although usually filled only with vegetables, the fried spring rolls might also be filled with minced beef, chicken, or prawns.[1]

InIndonesia, lumpia goreng is usually considered asnack food (gorengan).
