Luis Alberto Santibáñez Díaz (7 February 1936 – 5 September 2008) was a Chilean footballmanager.
As a team coach he won theChilean title four times, once withUnión San Felipe (1971) and three times withUnión Española (1973, 1975, and 1977).
He served as manager of theChile national football team between 1977 and 1982, which included qualification for the1982 FIFA World Cup in Spain. There Chile was eliminated in the first round, in a group withAlgeria,Austria andWest Germany, losing all three matches.
