Lucy-sur-Cure (French pronunciation:[lysisyʁkyʁ], literallyLucy onCure) is acommune in theYonnedepartment inBourgogne-Franche-Comté in north-centralFrance. In January 1973, it absorbed the former communes Essert andBessy-sur-Cure.[3] Bessy-sur-Cure became an independent commune again in 1982.[4]
