Lucija Polavder (born 15 December 1984 inCelje)[1] is aSlovenejudoka. Polavder competed at the2004 Summer Olympics where she didn't advance from the first round. At the2008 Summer Olympics she advanced to the semifinals, where she was defeated by JapaneseMaki Tsukada. In the bronze medal match, Polavder defeated KoreanKim Na-Young and became the second Slovenian judoka to win a medal at the Olympics (afterUrška Žolnir in 2004).
