Lucetta A. Elmer is an American politician and businesswoman serving as a member of theOregon House of Representatives for the24th district. Elected in November 2022, she assumed office on January 9, 2023. Since October 1, 2025, she has served as minority leader of the House.[1]

Early life and education

Elmer was born and raised inMcMinnville, Oregon. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education fromLinfield University.[2]

Career

Elmer is the owner and managing partner of Douglas on Third, aboutique hotel. She also owns and operates Union Block Coffee.[3] She was elected to theOregon House of Representatives in November 2022.[4]
