Local Partnerships LLP isjoint venture owned byHM Treasury, theLocal Government Association andWelsh Government established 2009.[1] It serves as aPublic-private partnership unit inEngland andWales. As an in-house public sector delivery partner they work solely for central government departments,The Welsh Government, Councils and Combined Authorities.
