Lo Yan Shan (Chinese:老人山;lit. 'Elderly Mountain') is a mountain onLantau Island,Hong Kong, with a height of 303 metres (994 ft) above sea level.[1]

Lo Yan Shan is formed byGranitic rocks, unlike many of the tallest mountains on Lantau Island, such asLantau Peak, which are formed byVolcanic rocks.
Lo Yan Shan is the tallest mountain onChi Ma Wan peninsula.[2] TheLantau Trail passes through the summit.
