Lithuania competed at the2024 Summer Olympics inParis from 26 July to 11 August. This marked the nation's ninth consecutive appearance at the Games in the post-Soviet era and its eleventh overall in Summer Olympic history.

Lithuania left Paris with four medals (two silver and two bronze), failing to secure a gold for the fifth time in its Olympic history.
