This is alist of soy-based foods. Thesoybean is a species oflegume native toEast Asia, widely grown for its ediblebean which has numerous uses. The plant is classed as anoilseed rather than apulse by the UNFood and Agriculture Organization (FAO). Many foods and dishes are prepared using soybeans as a primary ingredient.
