TheiPhone is a line of smartphones developed byApple that use theiOS operating system. Introduced by then-CEOSteve Jobs on January 9, 2007, the iPhone revolutionized the mobile phone industry with its multi-touch interface and lack of physical keyboard. Over the years, Apple has released numerous models, each iteration bringing changes in hardware, software, performance and design.

As of 2025, the most recent iPhone models are theiPhone 17,iPhone Air,iPhone 17 Pro, andiPhone 17 Pro Max, released on September 19, 2025, and the entry-leveliPhone 16e, released on February 28, 2025.
