All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is an Americanprofessional wrestling promotion founded in 2019. AEW personnel consists ofprofessional wrestlers,managers,referees,commentators (including Spanish, French and German commentators),ring announcers,coaches, executives, and various other positions.
AEW is the sister promotion ofRing of Honor (ROH) and has partnerships with Japanese promotionsNew Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW),[1] and their sister promotionWorld Wonder Ring Stardom (Stardom),[2]CyberFight - encompassingPro Wrestling Noah (NOAH),DDT Pro-Wrestling (DDT),[3] andTokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling (TJPW),[4] Mexican promotionConsejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), and UK promotionRevolution Pro Wrestling (RevPro).[5] Wrestlers and other personalities from those promotions may also make periodic appearances at AEW events. Championships from sister/partner promotions held by AEW wrestlers that have been defended on AEW programming are also noted.
AEW additionally has a training facility known as the Nightmare Factory, which is owned by AEW coachQ. T. Marshall; trainees from the facility may also make appearances at AEW events and on AEW programming.[6][7]
The Khan family are the founders, owners and top executives of AEW.
