Lisa Renee Marten Moonier (born February 5, 1967) is an American politician andDemocratic member of theHawaii House of Representatives since 2020, representing District 51.
She is the Chair of the Human Services committee and a member of the Health committee, Education committee, and the Higher Education and Technology committee.[2] Marten is the Chair of the Keiki (children's) caucus and a member of the Hawaiian Caucus, the Womenʻs Caucus, and the Kupuna (senior citizen) Caucus.[3]
She founded and is Executive Director of the non-profit Healthy Climate Communities which educates youth on climate change and environmental issues and engages schools and community groups in native reforestation.
