Lionel Paul Hebert (January 20, 1928 – December 30, 2000) was an Americanprofessional golfer. He won five times on thePGA Tour, including thePGA Championship in1957, the last edition held atmatch play.[1] His older brotherJay won the same event atstroke play in1960.[2] Lionel also played on theRyder Cup team in1957. An ethnicCajun fromLouisiana, he was born and died inLafayette.[3]
