Lincoln is anunincorporated community inJackson Township,Cass County,Indiana.
Lincoln had its start in the year 1852 by the building of the railroad through that territory.[3] It was named for its founder, Theodore Lincoln.[4] A post office was established at Lincoln in 1855, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1953.[5]
TheUnited States Census Bureau delineated Lincoln as acensus designated place in the 2022American Community Survey.[6]
