Liechtensteiner cuisine is the cuisine ofLiechtenstein. The cuisine is diverse and has been influenced by thecuisine of nearby countries, particularlySwitzerland andAustria,[1][2] and is also influenced byCentral European cuisine.[3] Cheeses and soups are integral parts of Liechtensteiner cuisine, and milk products are also commonplace in the country, due to an expansivedairy industry.[2] Common vegetables include greens, potatoes, and cabbage, while widely consumed meats include beef, chicken and pork.
