Libya–Palestine relations arebilateral relations betweenLibya andPalestine. Palestine has an embassy inTripoli and a consulate inBenghazi.[1] Both countries are members of theArab League, theOrganisation of Islamic Cooperation, and theNon-Aligned Movement.

History

Some Libyan fighters fought in the1948 Palestine War under the command of Egyptian and Iraqi forces.[2] Palestine recognized the new Libyan government after the fall of Gaddafi regime on 23 August 2011.[3]
