Libaya reigned as king ofAssyriac. 1690–1674 BC. He succeededBel-bani in the Adaside dynasty, which came to the fore after the ejection of theBabylonians andAmorites from Assyria.[2]
Little is known of his reign, however Assyria was a relatively peaceful, secure and stable nation during this period.[3]
