Leo Bernard Skladany (August 9, 1927 – March 18, 2003) was anAmerican footballdefensive end in theNational Football League (NFL) for thePhiladelphia Eagles and theNew York Giants. He had a blocked punt return touchdown in the1949 NFL Championship Game[1] In his career, Skladany played in seven regular season games and two playoff games.[2] He playedcollege football at theUniversity of Pittsburgh. His nephew was punterTom Skladany and his brother was College football Hall of FamerJoe Skladany.
