Leoncio Carreon Jr. is a Filipino international lawn bowler.[1][2]
He won a fours bronze medal (withChristopher Dagpin,Angelo Morales andRonald Lising) at the 2009Asia Pacific Bowls Championships, held in Kuala Lumpur[3] and a gold medal in the fours at theLawn bowls at the 2017 Southeast Asian Games, his fours team consisted of Lising,Curte Robert Guarin andEmmanuel Portacio.
Carreon was selected as part of the five man team by the Philippines for the2020 World Outdoor Bowls Championship, which was due to be held in the Gold Coast, Australia.[4]
In 2023, he won the triples gold medal (with Ronald Lising andHommer Mercado) at the 14thAsian Lawn Bowls Championship in Kuala Lumpur.[5] Later in 2023, he was selected as part of the team to represent the Philippines at the2023 World Outdoor Bowls Championship.[6] He participated in themen's triples and themen's fours events.[7][8]
