District of Northern Cyprus
Location of Lefkoşa District withinNorthern Cyprus.

Lefkoşa District (Turkish:Lefkoşa İlçesi) is adistrict ofNorthern Cyprus. It is divided into two sub-districts:Lefkoşa Sub-district and Değirmenlik Sub-district.[1] Its population is 97,293 according to the 2011 census.[2] Its Governor is Kemal Deniz Dana.[3]

Güzelyurt District has been separated from Lefkoşa District. Some parts of theLarnaca District of theRepublic of Cyprus are administered by the Lefkoşa district.
