Lee Creek is anunincorporated community inCrawford County, Arkansas,[1] lying alongHighway 220 andLee Creek north ofCedarville.
A variant name was "Cove City".[1] The community wasplatted in 1880 as "Cove City".[2] The present name is after nearbyLee Creek. A proposal to officially change the town's name to "Leescreek" failed in the 1960s.[1]
