TheLee, Higginson & Company Bank Building is a historicbank building located at 41Broad Street in theFinancial District ofLower Manhattan,New York City. The structure was designed by architectsCross & Cross and built in 1928–1929. It is a 10-story,Classical Revival style, with a top floorpenthouse. It features a slightly curved front facade, architectural sculpture byLeo Friedlander, and murals by Griffith B. Coale.[3]: 3
It was added to theNational Register of Historic Places on June 7, 2006.[1] In 2007, it was designated as a contributing property to theWall Street Historic District,[2] a NRHP district.[4]
