Laura Regan (born October 17, 1977) is a Canadian actress. She has had leading and supporting roles in the filmsSaving Jessica Lynch (2003),[2][3]My Little Eye (2002),[2][4]They (2002),[5][6]Dead Silence (2007), andAtlas Shrugged: Part III (2014).[7] She had a recurring role as Jennifer Crane in the TV seriesMad Men.

Early life

Regan was born inHalifax,[8]Nova Scotia, the youngest in a family of seven. Regan is the daughter of Anita Carole Regan (née Harrison) and formerNova ScotiapremierGerald Regan;[2] and sister ofGeoff Regan, formerSpeaker of the Canadian House of Commons and former federalMinister of Fisheries and Oceans, andLive at Five'sNancy Regan. Her maternal grandfather was Saskatchewan MPJohn Harrison.[9]

Career

Regan's first role was inM. Night Shyamalan'sUnbreakable. She landed her first starring role inRobert Harmon'sThey.

For her role of Emma in the filmMy Little Eye, Regan won in the category Outstanding Performance by an Actor – Female at the 2002Atlantic Film Festival.[2][10] She starred as Agatha on the television seriesMinority Report (2015).[11]
