Laine Randjärv (before 2011Laine Jänes; born 30 July 1964) is anEstonian politician from theReform Party.[1] She was the mayor ofTartu from 23 September 2004 to 2007, and previously she was deputy mayor from 2002 to 2004.[1] From 2007 to 2011, she served as theMinister of Culture inAndrus Ansip's second government.
