TheLagos Police Command is theLagos State branch of theNigerian Police Force. It is responsible forlaw enforcement andcrime prevention in the state. The commissioner of this command is often appointed by theInspector-General of Police. The current commissioner of the state command is CPOlanrewaju Olawale Ishola.[1][2] The currentPublic Relations Officer of the Command is SPBenjamin Hundeyin. The Lagos State Police Command has different area commands and zones.
