Lü Qin (Chinese:吕钦; born 10 August 1962) is a Chinese xiangqi grandmaster who is one of the world's best players inXiangqi (Chinese chess).[3]

Lü Qin was born inHuiyang,Guangdong,China, in 1962.[5] Lü belongs to theHoklo dialect group. Lu is married to Xu Miaoling, another Xiangqi player on the Guangdong team.[3]
