L'Événement-Journal

L'Événement-Journal was a daily Canadiannewspaper inQuebec City, Quebec. It was founded byHector Fabre in 1867 with the nameL'Événement. Fabre sold the paper in 1883.[1] In 1936 it was purchased byJacob Nicol, the owner ofLe Soleil. In 1938 the paper merged withLe Journal to becomeL'Événement-Journal.[2] The paper's last publication was on 3 March 1967.[3]
