Kuru fasulye is astewedbean dish inTurkish cuisine.[1][2] It is made primarily withwhite beans andolive oil, andonion andtomato paste ortomato sauce are almost invariably used. Sometimes other vegetables or meat may also be added, especiallypastirma. Kuru fasulye is often served along withcacık andrice orbulgur. Also known as Mash Shorbasi in Azerbaijan.
